 t to gain access to healthcare facilities. An AI application will only gai
 n acceptance if it is perceived as providing genuine relief. This is unlik
 ely to happen if the solution was developed without taking actual needs an
 d workflows into account. Matching in the test bed must therefore align th
 e organization’s needs with what the developers have to offer.
